How to cook pasta, the Italian way?
I Basically wanna know how to cook pasta the Italian way.
Use a big pot with plenty of water – the bigger the better give the pasta room to move
Salt the water to the saltiness of the sea
Remember that this is your only opportunity to flavor the pasta –
Cook al dente – or a little chewy , then drain in a colander but save a cup of the water in case you need to loosen up your sauce
If your not using it right away then put a little olive oil on it so it won’t stick – if not add straight to your sauce
