Wallow Books
Can anyone name this children’s book?
I had a book when I was 6 or 7 which I absolutely loved, about a little girl. That was about 10 years ago, but I think the book was a lot older. I only remember a couple of events in the book… She went on a little train on a school trip and stood up to shout at all her classmates to duck as they went under a tunnel, and then whacked her own head on it. She wore her older sister’s old bra straps as hair ribbons and I think she made a trail in the snow once to play a trick on her class. I can’t remember much else about her but I’d love to know the name of the book so I can maybe read it again and wallow in the nostalgia.
Lol maybe I am too young for nostalgia but I’d love to be able to look over stuff from when I was little, and maybe find some of them so I can pass them on to my little niece.
So ten years ago makes things nostalgic? Wow I must be ancient to you. Haha. Sorry I do not know what book you refer to.
EDIT I was only kidding. And Yes I understand what you are saying about things from your childhood for your niece. I do it for my son, get him books and movies from when I was little. Like ET! Well let’s just say I remember very clearly when it came out in theaters.lol
