Calories in deepfried oft shell crab?
Hi! I’ve always loved deep fried soft shelled crab at sushi tei and I just wanted to know how many calories per serving there were (about 2 crabs?).
The crabs are about 6-7 inches across body i think (can anyone who’s been there too confirm this?_ and don’t really have that much oil.
I was looking at http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/fried-soft-shell-crab/Detail.aspx and nearly died because it listed about 368 cal per crab.
can anyone tell me more? thanks 
Calculate the specific ingredients being used because it varies. Probably between 300-400 total.
