Going out to eat tonight…?
My friends are taking me out to eat tonight for my bday which is not till next friday but I will be on vacation so anyway.. we are going to a Japanese steak house. What is the healthiest choice for me to order?? Thanks

Fish, veggies, very lean meat. The Japenese diet is not heavily meat or fish oriented. They use lots of rice and veggies with just small amounts of protein. So….go easy on rice, eat lots of veggies and have fun
