Ok so I became a pescetarian so I can helps animals,at least a little but I eat seafood about 3 times a week! I just cannot give up my sushi!! mmm yummy,but is eating seafood 3-4 times a week bad?? Ive been doing it for a while,can I have high levels of mercury in my blood?? enough to kill me??

You can get mercury poisoning from certain kinds of fish. A friend of mine got it from albacore tuna but you can also get it from swordfish, shark, tilefish. She found out when her hair started falling out.
I found a calculator that will tell you how much of a type of fish you can have based on your weight as well.
