What is the simplest easiest Sushi recipe/s for School Lunches?
My children love Sushi and would like it for school lunches. They love tuna, chicken etc. What do you suggest as an easy recipe and what basic setup do I need to make sushi? Thanks.

Some sea weed paper, sticky rice(if you can’t find that use med grain or short grain rice), soy sauce, horseradish sauce n there favorite meat.
That is sashami that has raw fish, meat or seafood.
