places to eat in san fran?
i live in san jose and heading up for a day trip to the city to see the academy of sciences some time over winter break. i was wondering whats a local favorite? it doesnt have to be near gg park in fact were probably going to be shopping near haight, market, or embarcadero. i will be driving soooo the best place would probably be somewhere farther away from the city so i dont have to pay for parking. pretty much any standard kind of food. NO sushi or indian. budget around >25$ a plate. any ides?
You are only a few blocks from my favorite restaurant to take out of town guests. Clement Street Bar And Grill on Clement at 8th has a menu with something for everyone, great service and prices to meet your budget. There is a city parking lot on 9th Avenue.
