Relatives moving because of far away job?? =(?

My first cousin’s wife recently had a job opening in a sushi-making place in Omaha, Nebraska. Now our tight-knit Chin-Burmese community in Indianapolis, Indiana was pretty well put, and I pained at the thought of an entire family of relatives to move away.
I am 17, never held a job, and may be out of touch with the serious job-seekers here, but I’ve lost friends for years because of parent’s decisions to move across, what? like 4 states to work at sushi places.
Damn sushi-bars =(
I need help coping ppl…I feel so bad for them and I could never last long away from my community, even with my early childhood exp in the U.S. My 1st cousins 1nce removed can speak some English, but not nearly as good as my siblings, or me, and I just can’t bear them being cut off from us because of a job offer.
I mean why should a job make all this happen anyway? Why outside Indy?

It comes down to you just have to follow the money when you have no other means of support.
