Sushi Long Beach Ca

Can’t it be a fraud to use a confusing business name on purpose and pretend like a big company?
I have met the guy so called “pro bartender” in Long Beach, CA two years ago.
His name is Bambooze Bartending Service or Bambooze Sushi. He often put his ad on Craigslist.
It seems that he tries to pretend like a big owner of Bambooze Sushi and Brew House which is a poplular sushi bar in CA, but he is not.

It is neither legal or ethical to masquerade as a larger company.
If the company or the Department of Corporations becomes aware of it he will get a cease/desist order. Failure to comply will likely land him in court before a judge. He’ll be fined, have to pay court costs and can be sued for loss of business by the real corporation.
