looking for a good sushi bar in or near san francisco. Around daly city, south s.f., san bruno, and peninsula area would be great too
Best sushi in San Francisco is Ebisu in the Inner Sunset, on 9th near Irving. Seafood so fresh it is almost still swimming, and very quick and friendly service, yet they somehow manage to keep the prices reasonable. Be sure to make a reservation or go early ahead of the dinner rush, because if you arrive at the dinner hour without reservations you can wait for two hours or more.
And at this time of year, the bonus is that you can walk about three blocks to the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park to see the cherry blossoms.
