Sushi Calories Roll
would you say vegetarian sushi roll has alot of calories/ carbs??
just wondering becasue i eat it all the time
actually all sushi doesn’t have to have fish in it. Seaweed isn’t fish.. you can get vegetarian rolls obvsiously.
A lot of Carbs – yes it’s almost all carb calories.
Total calories – maybe, depends upon how much you eat and how big the rolls are. Considering what else you can have at a restaurant, I’d tend to think it’s on the low calorie side of the scale.

Sushi is not exclusively fish or raw fish.
Kappa Maki is a cucumber roll.
Tamago (sp?) is an egg omelet sushi.
Also, Inari (sp?) sushi is tofu pockets stuffed with a rice mixture.
Futomaki is all vegetarian. However, some places do use the egg omelet.
