Where can I buy sushi quality yellow tail fish?
I wanted to make Yellow tail Nigiri at home and was not sure where I could buy fresh fish to use. Does anyone know how I might go about finding out where I could get this?

I would like a place in Orange County California.
If you buy it from the market, make sure it is sushi grade not fresh, if you cannot get your hand on sushi grade product from your local market, you can buy it from Catalina Seafood, they speicalize in fresh and sushi grade product. here the direct link to the product you want.

p.s. FDA have special rule on sushi grade seafood (serve raw) to ensure no one will get sick or worm from it, the same rule does not apply to fresh seafood, live fram raise shellfish are exclude from the rule.
