How To Cut Sushi Vegetables

Bento Box (Healthy Lunch) for busy teen?
I need help thinking of bento box ideas for school….I dont have access to a microwave and i am looking for healthy food choices that include a well balanced lunch.
I also would LOVE tips on how to keep cut of vegetables and fruits fresh and not to smell that bad!! I brought fish and broccoli to school one time and my friends noticed the smell right away!!!! I want to avoid that.
Another thing I would like to know is there an easy way to make sushi that wouldn’t spoil by the time there is lunch which is like 4 1/2 hours when i get to school.
….do you think it would be a good idea to take tea to school….if so any suggestions
I am really trying to eat healthy and i would greatly appreciate your input
Bravo! Sushi – you’d have to make veggi rolls unless you have access to a fridge. Cucumber, avocado, carrots, etc. – look up futo maki also. It’s a veggie roll that is soooo yummy, but might be a bit complicated to make (w/the pickled radish & stuff). Otherwise, salads & veggi’s with dip would keep fine until lunch.
