I am starting my own business…?
I am under 18 and I plan to start a business where I cook food at my house then take it to the customers. I will start out with three types of meals(then gradually add more): Mexican, Italian, & Gourmet American. Each comes with a main course, 2 sides, and a dessert. My questions are:
-What/how should I charge the customers?
-Should I name my business?
-Should I have business cards?
-Should I not have types, and just have a big menu with everything and they can order whatever they want?
-Should I have a website?

I dont really want it to be THAT big…just local.
Thats very nice but if your going to sell food from home you have to be cleared by the board of health first. And when you are licensed to cook from home always keep your menu short. Don’t get into many different types of food because you will lose money.
Yes use a website, newspaper advertisement and business cards. Get out there and sell your heart out or you won’t make it cooking at home.
