Edamame Sushi
Does anyone know how to cook edamame?
It is some type of sushi that we got tonight and we were wondering if anyone knows how to cook it. It is a soybean and they are cooked some kind of way.
If you got it from the sushi bar then they’re already cooked. To heat them up just microwave for a couple of seconds. If you’re cooking them from frozen then just boil them for two-three minutes. Drain thoroughly then lightly dust them with kosher salt.
